I've tried more brands of GLUTEN free flour than I can count, but none of them were as good as Freedom Delivered's Baking Free All Purpose Flour. It acts like All Purpose Enriched Wheat flour during the cooking process, thickening soups, coating meats, and as part of savory crunchy coatings. Used in baking, it's a God send for my celiac family. It turns out cakes and muffins that are light, moist, and taste like they're supposed to, This flour doesn't harden to make a lump of coal, it doesn't crumble into a million inedible pieces, and it doesn't taste weird. It bakes up like it should, providing me with super light, moist, fluffy pancakes, perfect cookies, and flaky, buttery pie crusts. I won't buy any other flour now.

We've tried a few different Gluten Free flours and this one is best by far! Even my kids who are not gutted free like it better than wheat flower.
